recommendations for using the thermal circuit

1. Before using any of the services of the Thermal Circuit please take a shower.
2. Bathing in swimming pool, maximum 25 minutes.
3. Bathing in Jacuzzi pool, maximum 10 minutes.
4. Neck spray-jets maximum 5 minutes.
5. In order to take best advantage of the Sauna or Hammam treatments, enter 2 times for a maximum of 10 minutes followed by a 10 minute rest on the sun-loungers, covering oneself up completely to prolong perspiration, and a neobolizant shower with cold water (each time) before entering and after leaving the sauna or hammam.
6. Access to the Fitness room is free of charge to the clients of the hotel.

SPA-FITNESS NORMS

1. Visits to the SPA can are restricted to when there are no clients using the installations, and are to be accompanied by personnel of the SPA-Hotel.
2. The SPA is a place for relaxation.  Your respect for each other’s peace and quiet is appreciated.
3. For your own security, please do not use the SPA after you have had a large meal or drink.
4. Access to the installations with normal footwear is not permitted. The use of both bathing cap and slippers is compulsory (these will be given to you at the SPA reception).
5. It is forbidden to run and jump into the pools
6. No food or drinks are allowed onto the premises.
7. Clients are requested not to enter with jewels or valuables.  Please use the safe in the hotel rooms which is free of charge.
8. For hygenic reasons access is not allowed to persons with plaster-casts, bandages or wounds.
9. People with HTA or hTA., heart diseases, those following medical treatment or who are pregnant, please consult at the SPA reception the type of treatments that are suitable.
10. Reservations of personalized cabin treatments which are cancelled in less than 4 hours in advance, or no-show, will be charged 100% of the treatment.
11. For safety reasons and for the well-being of other clients, children under the age of 16 are not allowed into the SPA, with the exception of the hour between 2 and 3 pm when they can enter but only under supervision and responsibility of the parents.
