Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, neither indoors nor on the terrace. Violating this rule may result in a charge of €100 to your account for the cleaning and sanitization of your room if any employee of our establishment detects the infraction. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace of the Entrecamps restaurant and on designated sofas on the hotel terrace. Obviously, smoking is forbidden in both courses too. The resort strongly opposes smoking practices and aims to minimize smoking opportunities within the premises.
On the golf course:

To access the courses at Empordà Golf, wearing a polo shirt is mandatory for both men and women. Women may also wear dresses or skirts specifically designed for playing golf.
Swimwear, jeans, camouflage clothing, garments with multiple pockets, and athletic wear such as tracksuits are not permitted. Men’s shirts must be tucked in unless otherwise indicated. If wearing shorts, we recommend socks that cover the ankle. Caps and hats must be worn appropriately, and golf shoes with soft spikes are required.
At the hotel:
Although Empordà Golf Resort does not enforce a strict dress code, guests are expected to maintain a respectful and appropriate style throughout the resort.
In common areas, elegant casual attire is recommended, preferably polo shirts and dress shirts. Swimwear is permitted exclusively in the pool area and should not be worn in other parts of the hotel. Clothing with offensive or inappropriate messages is not allowed.

The ideal time to play 18 holes at Empordà Golf, whether on the Dunes or Forest course, is 4 hours and 30 minutes for a group of 4 players.
The maximum handicap allowed is 36. Guests are required to present their handicap certificate upon arrival at the reception

Yes, visitors are welcome to use the practice facilities. Practice balls can be obtained from the ball machine on the practice field. Practice fees apply, but hotel guests have complimentary access to the practice area.

The spa facilities are currently undergoing renovation to offer an enhanced relaxation area. Details about available services and reopening will be announced soon after renovation completion.
No, walking along the golf course paths is not permitted for safety reasons. However, guests have access to a designated path behind the apartments located in front of the hotel and along the paths within the urbanization.
The hotel provides laundry services, and you can find a laundry bag and form in the wardrobe of your room. Once filled out, please contact the reception (dial 9). Additionally, rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing board, which you can find in the wardrobe.
Due to environmental concerns, we do not have amenities displayed in the rooms. However, you can request them through the reception, and we will be happy to provide you with whatever you need.
Yes, through the QR code on the table, you can access the ROOM SERVICE menu. You can place and pay for your order directly through the application or choose to call the front desk to place your order.
Room cleaning service is conducted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If needed, you can request a specific time within the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM window for your room to be cleaned.
We accept dogs. The owner must comply with the rules provided by the reception at the check-in and will be solely responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their dog. Dogs are allowed in all the areas but must be always kept on a leash. A supplement of 30 EUR per night applies. Failure to comply with the pet policy rules will result in a fine of 100 EUR imposed by the hotel.
If you are coming with a caravan, please note that parking it inside the resort or staying overnight in it is not allowed. Additionally, access is restricted for caravans, motorhomes, trailers, and vehicles with:
- A height exceeding 2.20 meters or a weight over 3,500 kg.
- Overnight stays inside any parked vehicle within the resort are prohibited.

The Resort has two restaurants that open seasonally. Entrecamps Restaurant is open from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM from April 1st to October 31st, and from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM from October 1st to March 31st. Terrafonda Restaurant, located inside the hotel building, is also open from 18:30 PM to 10:30 PM from October 1st to March 31st. You can find the menu in the 'Food & Beverage' section, along with the option to make a reservation.
