Already regarded among Spain’s top golf venues, Empordà Golf Resort has undergone a major upgrade in 2020 to transform it into one of the premier 36-hole golfing destinations in Europe.

The resort has invested significantly across all facilities, with its two 18-hole golf courses, 86-room hotel and leisure facilities all receiving an overhaul.

At the heart of Empordà Golf Club sit its impressive championship courses – Empordà Links and Empordà Forest – which were both created by world-renowned architect Robert von Hagge. His first design project in Spain, the layouts may be the work of the same architect but that is where the similarity ends, with both posing a number of different challenges.

Sitting alongside the golf courses is Empordà’s newly renovated 86-room hotel which offers a range of rooms and suites, each with a contemporary design to help guests to relax and unwind.
