In the heart of the resort, the Entrecamps restaurant combines a relaxed and informal atmosphere with a fire-lit menu and exceptional views of the dunes of the Empordà Links.
Specialized in grilled cooking, the resort team has developed a menu compatible with the area around us. Each dish is made with regional products and local suppliers, such as the "Xuixos" of Parlavà grilled or the hamburguer of beef of Cerdanya.
A balanced menu that is completed with classics such as the delicious Club Sandwich, a menu during the week and seasonal recommendations.
A unique experience comes to the Empordà; designed to be introduced to the wonderful gastronomic world where you can enjoy and learn with the restaurant team.
The experience is exclusive for groups of 8 to 12 people and lasts about 4 hours. This experience begins of course, in the kitchen where the chef will explain and prepare the dishes that will be offered. They will continue with a presentation of wines and culture about this drink. Then you can enjoy the perfect combination of the two along with the explanations of our chef David Portillo and his room assistant Tania Macias.
